I think this is pretty cool. If this device can help with people who suffer from single sided deafness, conductive hearing loss, or mixed hearing loss than I think we are taking the right step towards the future.

SoundBite dental hearing aid
Sonitus medical is creating a non-surgical hearing and communication device designed to imperceptibly transmit sound via teeth. This device is initially intende as a simple non invasive treatment for people with hearing disorders such as one-sided deafness. The device is shaped to to fit the person's upper back teeth. The other part of the package is a more standard type hearing aid unit behind the ear. That unit processes and wirelessly transmits to the device in your mouth. This device has already been approved by te FDA and has received necessary European CE Mark certification.

I think this is pretty cool. If this device can help with people who suffer from single sided deafness, conductive hearing loss, or mixed hearing loss than I think we are taking the right step towards the future.
